Air purification, water filtration, not to mention the design flexibility when talking about Sub-Zero in general. I love this thing! The last time I was in Madison Wisconsin, ( where these are made) I saw a letter from a woman that was celebrating the 50th birthday of her Sub-z, she had the original chain of custody documents passed down by her Mother to her when she married her husband. What a great story.
